VAERS COVID Vaccine Data:  Data extracted from the US Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System. Data includes summary statistics on deaths, hospitalizations, urgent care, miscarriages, etc.

Adverse Reaction Database: Canada's adverse reaction database (warning it is very difficult to extract any meaningful data relating to adverse reactions).
